A very interesting take on a familiar storyline. I had a hard time finishing this story with the author's writing style, but I commend the author on the different idea and the direction the story took, it completely threw me for a loop when we arrived at that point in the story.Product details

Good story to get me in the Halloween mood early. Now I want to pick out my costume. Really, the book was good, though. I liked how the guys' different strengths and weaknesses came out in the different situations. Together, they make a great couple.
I was reading along, enjoying this as a typical gay vampire romance, and then suddenly BANG! Something happened in the story which snapped me to attention. I won't reveal the twist but I couldn't stop reading. I didn't put my kindle down until I finished the whole thing.
A fun, five star read. This is a sold M/M romance with supernatural elements that add to the story. I like it when books show you the struggle it takes sometimes for people to be together even when it seems like they were made for each other.
The title of the club, Club Fangtasy, made me laugh in a good way. Wish it were real! Sounds like a cool place to visit. Anyway, the two people, Ben and Drew, definitely had good chemistry together. I loved how the author kept me guessing as to what would happen.
Drew starts off getting some encouragement from a friend before he ventures to find his first gay vampire experience. He meets Ben, a hot gay vampire. If you think you know what happens next, think again! The author takes you on a wild ride, that's all I can say without giving it away!
I liked this story, but the pacing of the plot was a bit odd. If Drew is going to betray everything he's been trained for in a sudden change of heart, I would expect there to be more of a reason. If he and Ben are fated mates, or have an instant, undeniable bond, then it would have been nice to explore that more than Drew wanting to see been one last time.
I love characters like Drew (the human) who don't realize how sexy and attractive they really are. That makes them even hotter, kind of like a sexy professor who hides behind his geeky glasses. You just know if he would let himself go every once in a while...
On the other hand, guys who know they are sexy and seductive like Ben (the vampire) also can be pretty hot too. Confidence is attractive!
Anyway, I enjoyed the fireworks (I know wrong holiday. lol) when these two types got together in this book.
